ForeverCasuals The hub for WoW: Forever casuals

The in-game mod

Website ⇄ in-game calendar, roster and GPP.

Official ForeverCasuals mod

ForeverCasuals Sync

Connects your guild site and the in-game calendar. Imports guild events, sign-ups, ranks and the roster; creates site events in the in-game calendar; shows upcoming events, planned groups and GPP standings in game; records raid attendance with /fc attend, and lets players thank each other with /fc thanks — helper rank icons show up in tooltips and chat.

Everyone (members)

  1. Unzip into your WoW: Forever Interface\AddOns folder (the Forever install, not Classic or retail).
  2. Click the scroll button on your minimap (or type /fc). Everything is point-and-click, with tooltips on every button.
  3. Sign up through the normal in-game calendar — it flows to the website automatically.

Syncing — nothing else to install

  1. In the window, click Send to website: it shows exactly what's sent. Copy it and paste it on your guild site's Game ⇄ Website page. You see a preview first.
  2. To bring website news into the game, click Make an update code on that page, then Get website updates in game and paste it.
  3. Officers: the Officer tab walks you through Read calendar → Update roster → Add to calendar → Send to website.

Why copy & paste? WoW addons can't use the internet. Copy & paste needs no programs, and you can read every line first. Prefer it automatic? One officer can run the optional desktop companion instead. It only talks to forevercasuals.com and only touches the mod's own files.
